

How it Works

Intake process for new clients

Contact me at lily@yangspiritshiatsu.com and let me know what kind of bodywork you'd like and what issues you'd like to work on and I will let you know my rates.

Then we will schedule a consultation to discuss your health and wellness goals and determine if I am a good fit for your needs.

Whether it's a first time consultation or a return client appointment, I will ask you to confirm your consultation or appointment the day of by three hours before your session. If I don't hear from you by three hours before your appointment, I will text or email you to confirm. If you don't respond by two hours before your session, the session will be canceled.

If after the first session we determine I am a good fit for you, I'll give you the link to an online scheduler, so you can book appointments with me there going forward.

No Show, Late Cancellation, and Cancellation Policies

If you don't confirm or cancel the day-of within two hours of your appointment, or no-show and then later let me know there was an emergency, if you'd like to schedule again, I would request that you make a payment by paypal, venmo, or cashapp for half the amount of the missed session, before you can book with me again.

If you cancel your appointment the day of more than twice, I will also ask you to pay half the rate via paypal, venmo, or cashapp in order to book again.
